Foust, DDS works with most major insurance plans and offers several ways to spread the cost of larger treatment, so that the conversation in the chair can be about what is right for your teeth rather than what you can manage this month.
We are in network with most major PPO insurance plans and are contracted with the majority of them. There are far too many to list here, so the quickest thing to do is call the office with your plan details and we will confirm your coverage before you come in. We file claims on your behalf and will give you a clear estimate of what your plan is expected to cover and what will be left over, before any treatment begins.
For treatment that goes beyond what insurance covers, such as implants, full mouth restoration, CandidPro® clear aligners, or a cosmetic case, we offer Cherry patient financing. It lets you spread the cost over monthly payments rather than paying in full up front. Applying takes a few minutes and you will see the payment options available to you before committing to anything. Ask our billing coordinator and we will walk you through it.
Health savings account and flexible spending account funds can be used for treatment here. If you have a balance to use before the end of your plan year, it is worth booking in sooner rather than later so the funds are not lost.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with debit cards and personal checks.
If you do not have dental insurance, our new patient exam, cleaning, and x-rays are available at a reduced rate, and consultations for implants and clear aligners are complimentary. Our implant special covers the implant, abutment, and crown at a single price.
