Dr. Michael G. Foust, D.D.S.

Dr. Michael G. Foust, known affectionately as "Dr. Mike" around the office, hails from the great state of Ohio. He earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University (don't forget to check out his personal office!) and completed his dental education at Indiana University School of Dentistry in Indianapolis, where he received a full scholarship from the United States Navy. Following graduation, he was stationed in San Diego, where he completed a General Practice Residency at Navy Medical Center San Diego, serving 11 years on active duty. Fortuitously, he was stationed in San Diego for the entirety of his naval career.

After his tenure in the Navy, Dr. Mike spent six years as an associate in the San Diego area. In July of 2023, he acquired this practice from Dr. Joseph Fallon, IV. His vision for the practice is centered on growth and the integration of cutting-edge technology to better serve his patients. Dr. Mike is highly trained in dental implants and Invisalign and is thrilled to offer these advanced services to his patients.

Outside the office, Dr. Mike enjoys spending quality time with his wonderful wife and daughter. Their favorite activities include beach outings, traveling, and cherishing moments with family and friends.

Commitment to Our Military and Service:

Dr. Mike proudly served in the United States Navy for 11 years, a tradition shared by many of his family members. Even after leaving active duty, he remains dedicated to supporting the military and veteran community. Dr. Mike has volunteered his time at several veteran stand-downs, providing much-needed dental services to veterans free of charge.

In addition to his domestic efforts, Dr. Mike has embarked on outreach missions to numerous countries, delivering complimentary dental care to underserved populations. His unwavering dedication to service through dentistry continues to drive his commitment to making a positive impact globally.

  I recently visited Dr. Foust for a dental procedure where he extracted three of my teeth. I must say, Dr. Foust's approach was incredibly gentle, and the extraction was completely painless. His expertise and care made the whole experience much more comfortable than I anticipated. Additionally, Kathy at the front desk was exceptionally welcoming, which added to the positive atmosphere of the clinic.   I was a little skeptical, going to a new dentist after mine retired but after reading Dr. Foust reviews, I thought I would give it a try and I gotta say he’s pretty amazing.   I had the best experience someone could have at a dentist office. I had a crown replaced that I put off for years. After meeting a few dentists, I decided to use Dr. Michael Foust. He is kind, calming, thorough, and talked me through everything he was going to do. I was at the edge of my seat initially, but after a few minutes, I felt at ease with him working on my teeth.   Dr. Foust and staff are very friendly and everyone is so welcoming. I can't thank Dr. Foust enough. He is a veteran and cares about other vets. I met him at a Veteran event as he volunteered his time and skills to help out other veterans.

He has provided the upmost care and patience with me. I hated going to the dentist and feared the pain I would endure when going. He takes his time to ensure I'm doing good and continually ask if I feel pain or checks on me through the process.

  I highly recommend Dr. Foust for any dental work. I had a bad filling from a previous dentist and he got me out of pain. Injection was completely painless and he had excellent chair-side manner. He is gentle, caring, and charismatic. Kelly at the front desk is amazing and Erin gave me a the best cleaning!! Great overall experience and glad to have found Dr. Foust!
